TYPES OF WINDOWS FRAMES

TYPES OF WINDOWS FRAMES
The structure that surrounds and upholds the whole window system is known as a window frame. It is made up of the head, jamb, and sill. Head. The head is the central beam part of the window frame that forms the top. Windows and doors can be made from a broad and perfect range of materials and can be made entirely of one substance or a composite of several materials. Wood, aluminum, vinyl, and, more recently, fiberglass frames are among the most common frame types. With an operational as well as a stationary framework that comprises the head, sill, and jamb, windows and doors surround and protect the entire window system. When installed, the window pane is the component of the window that holds the glazed windows and sits between the glazing and the building's wall.
