The All England Club has declared that Russian and Belarusian players will be eligible to participate in Wimbledon and other British grass-court tournaments this year. However, they must first sign declarations of neutrality and refrain from expressing support for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Furthermore, players who receive financial support from the Russian or Belarusian states, including sponsorship from state-owned or controlled companies, will remain ineligible to participate. This decision marks a reversal from the ruling made by the All England Club and Lawn Tennis Association 12 months prior.
